Account Registration & Security

Account Responsibility

Identity Verification (KYC)

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your ck366 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.
• ck366 may require KYC completion before processing your first withdrawal or if any account irregularity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may place your withdrawal on hold.
• Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the rollover conditions are fully met. Attempting to withdraw such funds early will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ck366 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were credited. Transferring, selling, or exchanging bonus funds between accounts is strictly prohibited.
• ck366 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before its stated expiry date, any wagering already completed will be credited proportionally.
• A welcome bonus may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, payment method, and email address. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses more than once will be closed and all balances forfeited.
• Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds and all associated winnings are automatically forfeited.

ck366 uses automated fraud detection to identify bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage, use of software to exploit game mechanics, and collusion between accounts. Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system will be closed without warning and all balances forfeited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ck366, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and all other game categories available on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ck366 does not permit cancellation of confirmed bets except where a game or event is voided due to technical error, data provider fault, or force majeure.
• ck366 uses certified RNG technology for all non-live casino games. Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers in real time and are governed by the rules of each individual game as communicated by the dealer and the game provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be voided and the bet stake returned to the player's wallet. ck366 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Sports betting odds may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final odds applied. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time and ck366 makes no guarantee of odds stability during live events.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck366. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant legal authorities:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software designed to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human players, including tools that exploit game mechanics, gain unfair advantage, or circumvent security systems.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker, deliberately losing to benefit a connected account, or sharing strategy in real time with intent to defraud.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use ck366 to disguise funds obtained through illegal activity. ck366 cooperates fully with law enforcement and is required to report suspicious transactions.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent account restrictions, or manipulate the Platform in any way.
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or offensive communication directed at ck366 staff, support agents, or other players through any channel provided by the Platform.

ck366 operates dedicated fraud detection systems that run continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems are subject to temporary suspension pending manual review. The outcome of any review will be communicated to the affected user via their registered contact details.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ck366's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms
